Ip Man Wing Chun Kung Fu - Chinese Martial Arts for Self Defence and Health. Weekly Classes held in the Lower Practice Hall at Altrincham Leisure Centre, Tuesdays 8:30 till 9:30pm. Grandmaster Ip Chun Lineage, Tse Qigong Centre Authorised Instructor. Ip Man Wing Chun Kung Fu is a great Chinese Martial Art to learn, it adheres to the principle of being simple and direct. Wing Chun does not rely on strength to win or use force against force, but instead utilises footwork, sensitivity and positioning to allow a smaller opponent to overcome a larger stronger opponent. Thus making it ideal for men or for women of any age. Beginners always welcome, just come along to a class or get in touch.
