BAD COMPANY

Booked a holiday in january 2014 to benidorm 1st of all they tried to add £1,750 to the total till we went in and complained and they said they was sorry it was a fault at their end with the computer system now I am one week from my holiday I have just picked up my tickets to find they have changed the flight times without informing me First the change in time is only 2 hours 50 mins but this is long enough to make me lose one day off my all inclusive 10 day holiday as the time we will now be getting there will be so late we will have missed the whole day and night I called into their shop to see the manager who basically told me its not their fault or their problem and as there was customers in the shop at that time he would not talk with me just told me to leave and if he had any time he would ring me I am not holding my breath all the staff was not interested and he just said as I left its not their fault so not their problem and offered no alternative to the flights or any compensation for the loss of one day and night of all inclusive we will never use admiral travel again
